CENTURYLINK

CenturyLink

CenturyLink is the second largest communications provider to global enterprise customers in the U.S. and I've worked on their user experience and interface for over four years.

With customers in more than 60 countries and an intense focus on the customer experience, CenturyLink solves customers’ increased demand for reliable and secure connections. CenturyLink hired my team and I to assess their sites, find the weaknesses and to create better way to connect to their worldwide audiences

2014 Redesign

In 2014, our team studied their site (above) and strategized a new updated approach to connect to their customers through improved user experience and interface. We then created a customizable, templated approach to assess the hundreds of pages that needed to cohesively work together.

We completed a total rehaul of photography styles, iconography, illustrations, and button styles while still staying within the brand as to not alienate the existing customers while also attracting new ones.

2015-2016 A/B Testing and Updates

Throughout the process, we had many agile meetings with the client to meet their new expectations and ideas.

We consistently A/B tested the growing pattern library over the years and updated wherever we saw areas to improve. Within the first year of testing we found a 350% increased conversion rate and a 25% lower bounce rate.

Updated Iconography

Throughout the website update in 2015 we created a custom library of iconography for their sites to span across their multiple products and services.

I’m really appreciative of the talent they bring to our team.

2019 Pattern Library Redesign

In the past year, we've studied every component of the site to try to test to accomplish all the goals of the client. This process has been incredibly valuable for the company.

Always testing, updating and optimizing.
